Today is Saturday, October 25, 2008.
I am returning from pciking up my new bifocals. The frame is a shocking burgundy color. Getting used to bifocals is going to take some time.
At the library I read about Adrian, the English pope and work my way to advertsing, an interesting topic. At the table is a man reading his Bible. My noble task seems trivial compared with his enthusiam about the Bible.
It is home to make avocado and bacon tea sandwiches, until I realize that I have hotdogs in buns from yesterday and remind myself that the ripe avocado means that I must make the tea sandwiches soon. Other residents tell me about the firings of the security guards. I will miss these guards...very much.
It is raining outside.
